My studies into wellbeing started as a Children’s Yoga instructor. Alongside Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology Courses I began studying various massage & healing techniques including Lymphatic Massage & Bowen Therapy, completing Master’s Techniques Level 12.

 

Over the years I have been privileged to attend many fascinating classes with some inspirational tutors including an anatomy dissection class at The Kings College London. I continue my studies attending courses: Casley Smith, Lymphoedema Compression Garments, Lymphoedema Taping & Lipoedema. This Year I have been awarded an educational place to attend the British Lymphology Society conference 2023, enhancing my knowledge & understanding, discovering Paths to Lifelong Wellbeing.
