At The Heart of Holistic Health, based in Ongar, Essex, our priority is your Health and Wellbeing; therefore we want you to feel reassured that we are taking every precaution against COVID-19.  Our Flagship Clinic in Ongar has procedures in place in line with Government guidelines and more.  Our Team have all undergone COVID-19 safety training to ensure your comfort and safety.

 

Upon booking with us, all new clients will be sent a Client Registration form for completion and return at your earliest convenience which is followed up by a video/telephone consultation if appropriate.  If you have any signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your appointment, please let us know so that we can discuss this with you.  We recommend wearing a facemask to your appointment and all therapists at The Heart of Holistic Health will wear facemasks where appropriate.  Hand sanitiser can be found in the lobby on arrival in reception and in all treatment rooms.  Couches and surfaces will be cleaned in between clients.  We also have a fresh air flow system in our downstairs treatment rooms.   All information relating to your appointment and COVID-19 will be sent to you prior to your appointment date with us.
