Janet Pitcher is a dedicated Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor, with a strong commitment to health and wellbeing. With over 23 years of experience in the wellness industry, Janet previously spent 21 years in the corporate banking world before transitioning to a more holistic career in
health care.

Janet treats a wide range of sports-related and
remedial conditions. Her therapies include myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, kinesio taping, and lymphatic drainage (trained at the Vodder School, Levels 1 and 2). Her treatments are integrative, combining multiple techniques to support clients' recovery and long-term wellness.
Janet has served as a consultant with her company Aspire Massage Training in hospitals, including North Middlesex Hospital and The London Hospital, where she taught massage and provided training to nurses and healthcare assistants, and occupational therapists in dementia and Alzheimer's care. She holds a teaching qualification from Greenwich University and has taught Level 3 Sports Massage, Anatomy, and Physiology.
Janet also works with GP and physiotherapy referrals for clients managing chronic back and hip pain, often resulting from weak pelvic core muscles. She trained in Clinical Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute, offering one-to-one sessions tailored to individual needs.
Her extensive background in diverse bodywork modalities fuels her passion for helping others achieve balance-physically, emotionally, and energetically-through a homeostasis approach to fitness, health, and wellbeing.
