Hello Fabulous Reiki Folks - The date for our next Reiki Share is Thursday 3rd October 2024 - starting at 7.30pm (then 14th November and a special Winter Solstice meeting on 19th December) - At The Heart of Holistic Health in Chipping Ongar.

Feel free to come along from 7.15pm as we will start at 7.30pm and aim to finish up around 9.00pm. 

Open to all those attuned to Reiki; beginners, seasoned professionals and to those who may be returning to practise - come along and meet fellow Reiki people - we will be sitting together in group meditation and exchanging Reiki healing - there will be teas and water provided and a chance to chat and meet like-minded friends.

For our meditation in October - I thought we could use a Reiki Bowl/Box where we can privately write the name of someone we would like to send Reiki too and/or a situation which we can then place at the centre of our group and send Reiki group healing energies. It’s a beautiful, gentle practice.
