The Heart of Holistic Health Cancellation Policy Your appointment and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected, unforeseen events arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency , all of your cancellation fee will be transferred to a future appointment. We ask that you give us 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any missed appointments (no shows) or late cancellations (made less than 24 hours of timeslot) will be charged in full and NOT credited towards another appointment later that day or week. If you are more than 20 minutes late for an appointment, your appointment is considered a “no show,” and you will be charged for the full appointment. If you are less than 20 minutes late for your appointment, you will be given the remainder of your allocated timeslot. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we provide you with the best possible service.

Mobility is a key component to our overall health and wellbeing. Being able to do the things in life that give enjoyment and enhances emotional and mental wellbeing is paramount. Improve strength and balance. Give you more energy. Improve mood. Improve cognitive function. Prevent/delay disease, ie. heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis. We are passionate about offering a community hub where like minded people can meet. We believe that you don't have to live with aches and pains! We are here to help and support with rehabilitation and live the best life possible. Even if there isn't a problem, being proactive is the way forward.
