Children and young people today face many pressures. We offer a safe, nurturing space where they can talk and learn practical techniques to help them cope and feel calmer.

Sessions may include life coaching, counselling and hypnotherapy. Many teenagers respond quickly to practical tools that help relieve symptoms and build confidence.
