Back to school vision board workshop (also suitable for home educated children)

This workshop is 2 hours long and suitable for children aged 9-16. 1 parent or guardian will be required to stay for the duration of the workshop for ages 13 & under and can participate if the desire.

During the workshop we will do a short meditation and talk about some methods of dealing with stress and anxiety in relation to going back to school. We will then be looking at what manifestation is & how it works. We will each create a vision board on what we want to achieve in the coming year.

Price : 1 child £20 2 children of the same household £35 Adult participation + £10 (also gets to create a vision board)
