This will be a weekly sanctuary for your soul… a gently guided journey towards connecting with your own soul’s light, uncovering your innate intuition and exploring your unique spiritual gifts in a safe and healing space.

Using bespoke guided visualisations and fun exercises we will discover: grounding & protecting ourselves • working with the intuition & the psychic senses • Chakras • reading energy • psychometry • reading oracle cards • connecting with spirit and much more.

This is a wonderful way to connect with like-minded souls in a small group and gain insight on how to develop your spiritual awareness.

I run regular 5 week beginners spiritual development circles, no experience needed just bring yourself and an open heart.

Where we will meet

We will be meeting upstairs at The Heart of Holistic Health based in Chipping Ongar, every Wednesday for five weeks at 7pm - 8.30pm. 135-137 High Street, Chipping Ongar, Essex CM5 9JA.

We will be using tools such as breath work, meditation, visualisation and fun exercises to explore energy and healing, oracle cards, psychometry, working with our psychic and mediumship skills and more.
