What is Belief Coding®️?
Belief Coding®️ combines elements of Psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, Meditation, Matrix-Re-imprinting, Emotion Coding, Kinesiology and Energy Healing.
The Belief Coding®️ process works to heal and release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs caused by traumas (big or small) before imprinting new positive beliefs.
The Subconscious Mind and Limiting Beliefs
Your subconscious has taken note of every single thing - good or bad that has happened to you from within your mothers womb to this now moment.
So even if you can’t consciously remember things, your subconscious does. It holds all of the answers as to why you are the way you are.
The subconscious’ job is to protect us, in order to do this it creates limiting beliefs in moments of trauma to keep us safe from experiencing those same traumas and feelings again.
95% of our day is run on our subconscious.
Meaning that 95% of your day is run based on limiting beliefs that your subconscious has created throughout your life.
What do I mean by big/ small trauma?
You might be thinking, “I don’t have any traumas” or “things don’t really bother me” or “I had an amazing childhood”
Well, I hate to break it to you but EVERYONE has experienced trauma. It could be in the form of;
A traumatic birth (c section/ complications etc), being embarrassed at school, being bullied, being in a car accident, getting lost as a child, being badly injured and so on.
All of the above are traumas, through some may seem worse than others all of which would have created a limiting belief. Your subconscious will put this belief in place so that you avoid similar situations in the future to avoid the pain and feelings felt and experienced as a result of that traumatic experience.

Sounds amazing! So how does it work?

The session will be between 1.30- 2 hours long.

You will come with your discomfort, for example “anxiety”.

We will find out what the negative belief and trapped emotion connected to this are and go back to the root cause - the memory when this emotion first became trapped.

We will heal and release this trapped emotion and imprint amazing new beliefs!
How long does it take to work?
Lots of people experience instant shifts and transformations within the first session. Others experience slower more subtle changes that show up in the following days, weeks and months.
Some discomforts can be cleared within 1 session! Others may take multiple sessions, this will be due to more than one trapped emotion connected to the discomfort/ limiting belief or due to secondary gains.
Belief Coding®️ VS Talk Therapy
Personally talk therapy has never appealed to me whilst I recognise it massively helps a lot of people. Belief Coding®️ works with the subconscious to get to the root cause of the problem. Taking you back to the very first moment when the emotion become trapped and the limiting belief formed. You don’t have to know where your problems come from - because your subconscious already does. It’s quick and it’s effective. The other thing I LOVE about Belief Coding®️ is if a memory comes up that you don’t feel comfortable sharing - you don’t have too! We can work through it without disclosing those exact details.
