I’ve always had an interest in all things holistic. I first discovered Reiki about 20 years ago when I had a taster session at a Holistic Fayre and from then on in was hooked.
I originally worked in London as a legal secretary and after having my children worked locally in an Estate Agents where I’ve been for the last 29 years.
Having embraced my life with yoga, sound baths, meditation and breathing techniques and the use of complimentary therapy I then decided to take the plunge around 4 years ago and trained as a Reiki Master.
Realising that stress, anxiety and trauma is very relative in today’s world I recently completed a study on the effects of trauma and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) on the brain and body, Reiki will help you relax enabling your body and brain to restore itself to a feeling of calmness.
